The Retirement System of Alabama (RSA) developed Colony at the Grand to complement the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail (26 courses on 11 sites) and its Resort Collection (8 hotels and resorts) in Alabama. The historic Grand Hotel in Point Clear is part of this Resort Collection. RSA is the pension fund for Alabama teachers and state workers which invests in a variety of options, including real estate.
